What is it about?
This 4 Week program was created for both men and women, who are looking to build lean muscle and burn fat to get Summer SHREADY!! There will be 5 workouts per week with a combination of HIIT cardio, Core, Lower Body and Upper Body exercises and as you progress through each week the workouts will intensify. There are video demonstrations for each exercise so you know exactly how to perform the workouts. You'll also be provided with a low carb Meal Plan for each week, to help you even more with reaching your goals!
